Where does PICKLAB ship?

PICKLAB primarily ships to customers in the contiguous 48 United States.

Additional destinations may become available depending on current shipping coverage. The destinations available for your order will be shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

For most orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States, estimated transit time is approximately 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing where applicable, weather, peak shopping seasons, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation for the carrier's tracking system to update.

My tracking hasn't updated. Should I be concerned?

Tracking information can occasionally take a few business days to update, particularly when a package is moving between logistics partners or shipping facilities.
